I was with my friends and we want to exchange some photos we took earlier, I turned on my iPhone's Setting --> General --> Bluetooth --> On but for some reason, it's been detecting ALL NIGHT long and it still fails to pick up.... Unfortunately, my friends' phone can..... Damn!
