I'm looking at buying a property in the cambridgeshire area to refurb and sell on. Budget about 300k. Any ideas as to a good area that has increasing prices. Or suggestions where to find this type of info.

try and boost or cut its share? I'm sure i have seen this on some investing sites where people put false claims to try and maybe get the share price to dip
