just looking at buying a Samsung E1310B . Just after peoples opinions on it. How good is it and how new are they? I currently have a samsung M510 how does it compare?

how are the TWI (trade weighted index) and the OCR (offical cash rate) linked. How does the OCR affect the TWI etc what conclusions can be made between the relationship between the TWI and OCR
