    Diet and exercises to make me tiny/thin like a dancer?

    I'm a dancer and need to be very tiny/thin. I'm NOT going to starve myself or anything like that like most dancers do, but I need some exercises and things I can eat to make me very thin and keep up with my stage mates. I weigh 175 now at 5'6" and need to be 150ish... HELP PLEASE:(

    How to get a small waste? and arms? but keep a big butt...?

    Ok, so maybe I don't care too much about the butt.. It was jus to grab your attention :) jk.
