OK heres the thing i have a 1995 chevy caviler 2.2 engine. Ok it was shifting out of first gear around 3000 rpms well my ex messed with the throttle body (TB CABLE) to the transmission hoping he would fix it and now it dont shift till it hits 5000 rpms which sucks and he tried to change it back...

Just wondering if anyone knows the cause of this. Just sounds like a put put sound sputtering really. 10 points who knows anything!!!!!
