    If you are a restaurant owner, what do you do during Ramadan?

    I ask because I really like middle east food and most, if not all, the middle east establishments are Muslim owned. What the cook, if he is Muslim, does not to break fast? Or do Muslim restaurant simply close during daytime during the Ramadan duration?
