    Installing a hitch on 2002 Toyota Highlander?

    I have a hitch made for my Highlander, and it does not involve welding to install. In the instructions it says to tighten the bolts to 42 foot pounds of torque. I have a compressor and can install the bolts, but how to I get it to that "tightness". Thanks
