    whats is the best food to eat for lunch in the hot sun?

    i work on ship decks in the hot Florida sun oftentimes the deck Temperature can get past 130 degrees. when i eat lunch no matter what i eat messes up my stomach. what is the best thing to eat for lunch that wont upset my stomach in the heat.

    i have a yamaha bruin 250 atv that starts fine and idles good but when i give it gas it

    bogs down? and backfires out of the carb. i ran some berryman b12 through the carb and it has no effect.
