I would like to use a plug and play / quick connect harness so that I don't have to do the wiring and whatnot. Where can I find a place with car and stereo specific wiring harnesses?

You might try a blow drier on the motherboard, but I would say that its fried. There is a water damage sensor, and they usually don't repair water damage very cheap, and you cant tell them it just broke of its own accord. You will more than likley have to just get a new one. sorry!
