    Does a C- transfer to an University?

    Its just the way it works, but on the flip side, some universities accept D's (its rare, but mine did- and it was a larger sec school). C-'s shouldnt transfer though, its not at all a good grade.

    Does financial aid pay for online classes?

    Yes, provided the program is through an accredited university (thus a class with say ITT tech online doesnt qualify), and you have to be taking 2 or more classes at that school- not just one.
