    Can you eat raw catfish? Is it poisonous or do you have to cook it to eat it?

    Well, I am going to make some homemade sushi and I have some raw cod and catfish in the freezer and I don't want to eat it raw if it is poisonous or anything. However if it is bad to eat it raw, would it be good cooked in sushi?
