    When going to a poetry reading, what do you carry your poems in?

    I like to carry around a moleskine to write in, but I need something to carry my poems in for when our writers group meets. I thought about getting a portfolio but not sure which is a good one. What do you use?

    Does one have to have a college degree in english to become a successful poet?

    I want so much to be a published poet in a nationally known publication. I will have a college degree but just not in english.

    Do you have any rituals when you write poetry?

    What i mean is do you have to have a certain type of notebook or a certain pencil/pen? I like to use a moleskine notebook and a black flair felt tip pen. I edit with a red felt tip pen. Am I weird or do you all have your quirks as well?
