    what is the best package for a palm pre on the bell network? (in canada)?

    im a teenager and am trying to lower my bill price a bit so im trying to find a better package to work with my phone because it is a smart phone. i need unlimited texting, unlimited internet, and voice-mail and i use a lot of talk time but 90% of the talk is to the same 4 or 5 number.
