    Can I buy/use a verizon blackberry without a data plan?

    i highly doubt you can... because the new Verizon contract mandates customers with smartphones to have a data plan. the cheapest would be 29.99 a month. unlimited data and txting. and 39.99 for business level smartphones for integrated business emails...etc.

    android 1.6 upgrade to 2.1?

    does anyone know if the android 1.6 donut will have any more processor upgrades? the droid and some other android phones are upgradable to the new 2.1... whereas the Devour, which i own, doesn't. any ideas? rumors? news?
