I have these little pimple looking things on my arms... and sometime it goes away. But the ones on the upper part of my arm (Where everyone flexes) there is alot and its always red, its basicly like mini-red bumps... does anyone else have this? And give me some good products to make it go away...

I bought this phone recently online, and I text my friends and everything works fine. But whenever they send me a picture message I always have to download them and they keep erroring out. :/ And my Phone provider is T-Mobile. I dont have a Browser plan on my phone... so mabye thats the thing...
