    can you use wifi on samsung galaxy ace without data plan?

    I'm about to upgrade my phone now, and with my blackberry curve 8900 i was able to use the internet through wifi without data plan. I'm thinking of getting the Samsung Galaxy Ace, but would i be able to use internet through wifi? Which is better, Blackberry Pearl 9105 3G or Samsung Galaxy Ace ?
