    if it moves air the blend doors are more than likely broken and stuck in the cold position. you can try unhooking the battery for a couple of minutes to let the hvac control head reset.

    may be something simple, may be something hard to diag.. on newer cars there is atleast 100 things that can turn on that darn engine light. take it somewhere they can read the code. if it is flashing, that means it is misfiring or dumping fuel.
