I go to the gym about three days a week. i listen to my iPod and have water with me but sometimes i'm on a mat to do crunches and up just laying there looking at the sky.. what can keep me motivated to do those crunches and more!
I come home from school at around 430, i eat until 5 and try to manage all my homework. in between my homework i want to exercise but i always end up going back to Facebook :(
