do you think this turbo will work on a stock toyota tercel 96?

what would you recommend to add more power to a stock 96 toyota tercel?
I have a stock 96 toyota tercel, 3 speed automatic. I want to add more power. i have done some research but i still need some help. i have heard swapping out the engine, but that costs to much and is to much work. 4efte engine. i also thought about a turbo. but i dont want to spend $1200...
