why does hydrogen peroxide bubble on my skin... i have no wounds or cuts.. but it bubbles like crazy on my hands especially.. i cant really find an answer on the net.. anyone know why

oh my gosh .... there was a cyber attack today.... and all i can hear on the news is.... jackson.. i dont even know him and never met him...and i am quite sick of hearing about it.. jesh ..people die everyday.... i know the family is sad ..but.. give me a break.. everyday someones relative dies...
