I have the o2 text and web bolt on and have no idea how to get onto the internet, everytime i try to it says packet data connection not available, what does this mean? and does anyone know how i can get on the internet?

Well im 14, she's 15 shes one of my best friends and her big brother who was about 19 just died. I don't know how to just chat with her, obviously i've said im sorry and everything else that comes along with that to her. I just don't know what to say to her on msn, she'l say stories about him...
