    Is it bad to do the same things at the gym everyday?

    I go to the gym every Monday-Thursday. I first do 10 minutes on the Elliptical(plus 5 minute cool down) Then 10 minutes on the Treadmill(plus 5 minute cool down) Last 15 minutes on the Bike I do that everyday. Is that bad? I mean, I am getting good results. Lost 23 pounds so far... started...
