Has anyone discovered an audiobook that is worth downloading for this phone? Preferably one that can play in the background, but this isn't essential. Thank you :)

My phone comes up with this message: 'Memory full. Please delete one or more files before continuing.' This would make sense if I had loads of stuff on my phone, but I have 4 texts, 3 photos, and not much music at all. What's happened??? Thank you :)
