    how often do you have to wind a rolex watch?

    i have a rolex watch and everything was perfect but recently whenever i woke up from sleep and checked the time it gave mean unrealistic timing so i have to wind the watch all over again, so my question is, how often do i have to keep winding the watch and why do i have to wind it up sometimes...
