Calories= how much you consumed
NET calories= how much you consumed minus how much you burned (exercise)
i have a barrier of 1300 calories per day. and sometime i go over but i burn most of it off so im down to about 100 calories. should i be more focused on how many calories i eat or the NET...
right now i have dark brown hair but i have blondish regrowth
i want to get some highlights in my hair tomorrow but i want to dye it again first so you cant see my regrowth...but my mum thinks that if i get highlights you wont be able to see theregrowth?
