    can i dye my regrowth then go get foils?

    right now i have dark brown hair but i have blondish regrowth i want to get some highlights in my hair tomorrow but i want to dye it again first so you cant see my regrowth...but my mum thinks that if i get highlights you wont be able to see theregrowth? xxx
