i have the helio ocean 2 and was wondering if it would be possible to flash the phone over to another provider such as metro pcs or boost mobile..(or any other network).i had the ocean(1) and had succesfully flashed it to metro pcs,but i cant seem to flash the ocean 2..IS THERE A WAY??? any info...
