    4 month puppy has problem with bell training?

    My 4 month shih tzu would ring the bell and I would take him outside to pee and he would go. But then later he would ring the bell again. Or other times he would just play with it or bite it. How do I fix this problem? am i suppose to take him out when he rings it no matter what or do I ignore it?
