I got this phone as a gift fully unlocked and everything but when i insert my vodafone simcard in it and try to make a call it sais i have call barring initaited on my phone and something to check, i checked it and it sais my phone isn't barred. Can someone just tell me how to remove call barring?

I tried using the IMEI on Vodafone, it sais it's lost/stolen, it was a gift, but brand new..i didn't get the reciept or anything..help? By unlock i mean unblock my SIM card =P
