    Problem running Photoshop Setup.. Help please ~ Vista?

    I'm having a problem running Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended for Vista. It's downloaded now and when I double click setup i get this error "Your administrator set policy to block this program." So I try running it as Administrator and I get the same error message. Can somebody please help me with this.
