I want to make a blog, designed sort of like blogger blogs, or FML/MLIA. those kind of things, but I want to make it from scratch using HTML. So how would I make a blog that can update itself, without me going into the HTML each time I post something?

You know how on windy days, your hair just all ruffled and stuff and it doesn't look good anymore, so you have to mess around with it with your hands. So are there any styles that don't matter how the wind is blowing? For males, cause I'm a guy. Pictures would be helpful!

Some professional manga artists, and normal comic book artists, use Photoshop to give their pictures more a professional look. I was wondering how I do that. A basic outline of what to do, or a website that leads to a tutorial would be helpful!
