I used to hike as a kid with groups and was thinking about getting into it now as an adult. I'm thinking binoculars and a camera would give me something to do while i'm enjoying being out there. Primary interests would be for exercise and to be in the outdoors.

If you have tower speakers or a tv that is broken is there some website where you can learn to repair them? Second what if you part them out is there any value there? I.e. you take a sony tower with 3 speakers and one of them is blown so you sell the other two?

Wierd question I know but I was thinking about roughing it for like a year so I could save up more money. Something along the lines of living in a tent. Are there campgrounds that would let you stay there year round and park your car there. Its just an idea i'm not sure yet.
