I have steam installed on 2 computers, a laptop and a desktop. My desktop is faster at downloading games than my laptop. Is it possible to download games to my desktop and then transfer them to my laptop from a flash drive if i am using the same steam account? If i can where would all the files go?

Is there a website that lets me write documents like Google documents on my phone? My phone cant download apps so i was wondering if there was a place like this.
