    I recently had to restore my computer So I don't have a backup except my iPhone but I don't want my songs on my iPhone to be deleted when I plug into iTunes. How do I get my songs uploaded into my computer without my songs being erased? And is iTunes the only way?

    Powerbar first thing in the morning before 30 minute intense bike ride is that good?

    I'm trying to lose weight so I have the powerbar before the biking and after the bike ride I would have breakfast. Is that a healthy habit or not to try to burn fat
