    I don't think you should breed bettas just yet, considering you know next to nothing about it. Congrats, Your male betta is happy in his new home. Just get the female a seperate tank so she will be happy too.

    i need a fish tank vaccum?

    You shouldn't make one, you should just go to a pet store and buy one it is the easiest way and and you would probably spend more money on trying to make one and it coming out horrible than just going to the store and investing on one. They are very useful for cleaning the tank and such.
