Im a senior (17 years old) and im a eagle scout. Im thinking about going to the marines and if i do im going go in with a friend. He said since im a eagle scout ill go in as a E-2, and then since im going in with a friend ill go in as a E-3. is it true? Also if i go to a college with a NROTC...
