    Rhubarb

    What a great idea I had last summer. I had a bumper crop of rhubarb, so I froze about a dozen bags of the stuff. Yesterday we took a bag of it out of the freezer and stewed it. It was delicious. My wife had made a dense sort of a cake and served the rhubarb on top.
