My new T-5 froze about a week ago...worked sporadically for about a week but now does not come on at all. Neither soft nor hard resets do the trick. Tried w/ the adapter plugged and not plugged in. nothing out of the ordinary happened to it (dropped, etc). any advice would be much appreciated.
