    How should you treat an open astro turf burn on your knee?

    I was playing a rugby match on a special astro turf pitch. I was tackled and went down on my knee at speed. The skin of my knee was wiped off with the fall and it left an open graze. It isn't bleeding blood but I need to bandage it or something with some sort of dressing. Thanks.
