Didn't see this thread before. I fixed this issue when I first got the phone. I just put a small piece of clear tape on that corner. Can't even see the tape myself now. I didn't file it down.

edit, I found that a simple paper clip, straightened out, works great. Pull the thing straight, and use pliers to hook one end. If you wrap the rest around your finger, and use the hooked end to pull on those little clips, it's real easy.

Thats a hefty blow microsoft keeps taking at sony. Seems like they are a bit scared of sony's new consol, but hey thats just me. If they were so confident about xbl they wouldn't have to come out specially talking trash to a live service that is brand new.
