It was just a thought. What sort of crash is it? BSOD, reboot or just freeze? I used to find that my system would just freeze when running F@H, until I raised Vcore. Other than that it was usually alright, except if it got fairly hot after about an hour of game playing, and then the same thing...

I quit 6 years ago. I can tell you , first week was the worst for me but after 1 month I was a new man :) How I did it? I just didn't light any of this cancer food any more . This is the best way to quit. Don't try reduce it, just stop.......friendly advice :)

Thanks for the reply. Already on NTFS (all drives), system is not generally instable, crashes are very infrequent.
