The original explanation said you didn't need the "-forceasm" option because it would use it anyway if available. Now that I've added that option I see "Extra 3DNow boost OK" in my log file which wasn't there before, so hopefully things should be working faster.

Did you make sure there weren't any vegetables in the sandwich. You have to make sure that no salad, peppers, onions or dressings of any sort (unless you count tomato sauce or cheese as a dressing) get into the sandwich. They're things that girls eat and for adults to bully small children with.
