Kloudrobs, Your problem is that WAP IS NOT ON YOU'RE PLAN. You're internet is working just fine... You are able to access the home page which means it makes a connection. You need to get ahold of jump and have them ADD WAP.. Or got to mail on the home page then click gmail. It will ask you to...
