Trust me, when you've seen other anime (*cough*Cyborg 009 and Bo-bobo*cough*) that only get a measly 8 episodes released, you tend not to feel distressed when only 13 episodes are missing (which is only, like, a 1/12th of Dragon Ball's episode count).
