    In the UK. If I owned a couple of businesses outright. And wanted to open up a 'parent company' to own them both. Can I do that with a sole proprietorship? And if so, Can the proprietorship have its own business name/identity and logo assigned?

    How do I do this? (Business Related question)?

    Okay. Say I have 3 businesses, A Hotel, bar, and a taxi Rank. All are registered businesses. If I want to set up a big company that I can put all 3 business under, can I do it? And what would it be called? In the UK.
