    removing a crankset on a bike?

    Im trying to remove my crankset but the crank puller always gets stuck is it on too tight or what ? Any way to loosen it ? I tried putting on some WD-40 when its on but it doesn't help and it wont turn any farther (square tapered spindle)

    pumping bicycle tire?

    when I pump the tire up to the recommended psi on the tire it still feels flat and I'm not sure if its even right since the scale on the pump goes back down on every pump any tips ?

    Please tell me step to step instructions to disassemble a bike with disc brakes and how to put it back together because I want to take apart my bike to paint the frame if you could tell me what I would need to paint it also that would be great
