    help 1994 buick regal doesn't always start?

    I have a 94 buick regal that runs wonderful when it STARTS! I've been to several mechanics and we can't diagnose the problem, because for the majority of the time it will start, BUT at times it will not!! I have had the starter changed and it didn't help!! PLEASE IF YOU KNOW THE PROBLEM HELP...
