I have a very small, almost crater like spot on my chest, and if i squeeze it every couple of weeks a soft, solidish substance comes out. I have abosolutly no idea what on earth it is, and it pisses me off. Not really worried, just wondering what the substance could be... Any help? (Teenage Male)
