    If i spend 500 calories doing exercise, have i had a good day?

    I ate 1650 calories total, if i lose 500, then i will have technically consumed 1150. Is this a good diet?

    If i dont eat ANY sweets and eat 1500 calories...?

    during lent im giving up all sweets (except wedding cake...because that would be rude since im going to a few weddings) and i dont eat meat on fridays and sundays, and only eat 1500 calories a day, will i lose 15-20lbs by the end (it lasts about 7 weeks)??
