I swear it gets worse and worse every day. I used to think it was because of using the internet on mycomputer at the same time, but it still does it when I'm doing nothing.
You have to save the movie as in the finishing section, export the video so it saves as an actual video file.
If you already dead that then I don't know, sorry.
