    Why saved games don't remain on the game disc ?

    When I put the disc in another pc my saved games are gone. Tomorrow I'm going to my grandparents and I'd like to continue my game where I left it, but how can I make it ? If I put the disc back in my own pc's drive then I can load my saved games, but in other PC my saved data is lost ......
